We at Tri City Party Rentals have the honor each year to offer help to various

non - profit and charity organizations throughout the area. As you can imagine we have requests from many worth while organizations that support many many worthy causes. We are unfortunately sometimes overwhelmed with requests and due to limited resources , we are not able to help each and every group . We have developed a questionnaire to help us in systematically reviewing each request. If you wish to request a donation from our company, please use the form below and completely fill in all areas so that we can better understand your needs and

-Each year a certain number of “free of charge rentals “are set aside for worthy causes. The criteria and quantity are
subject to change based upon current economic conditions and logistical considerations. Please understand that due to the
volume of requests we are unable to grant each and every one of the many admirable groups.
Requests must be received no later than 90 days prior to the event. Responses shall be received no later than 45 days after
request is submitted. No request will be considered unless this form is completed in its entirety and any requested
documentation provided.
